ProSource Engineering & Support Policy

Prosource provides support via email communication. Prosource administrators can be reached at info@prosource.dev for most issues and questions.

Prosource administrators will make reaonsable efforts to provide support for legitimate concerns or bugs in solutions, however no guarantee on reponsiveness is provided under the Prosource Usage License. Additional support can be provided under different agreements betwene Prosource and Members.

Prosource is an engineering company and offers engineering support services on a per member basis.

Prosource's current rate for engineering services is $100USD per hour.

Unless in additional written agreements, no engineering support is stated or implied for members as per the Prosource Usage License.
